Be A Part of the Live Audience

Not only will this be a meet and greet, the attendees will serve as the live audience for the taping of the first podcast of a brand new show by the Yaadinfo Team. For those who don’t already know what Yaadinfo is, their catchphrase is ‘The Lighter Side of Jamaican News’ and it’s basically a podcast discussing current affairs with a humorous twist. If you like knowing about what’s going on in your country and comedy, then you will love it. And you can check out more at the website.

Last One was a Blast

I attended the first meetup and it was great. Not only did I meet some great people (@anhavana, @CultureDoctor, and @kishnicks to name a few) but it was a great atmosphere with everyone talking with each other and having a grand ole time.

Prizes, Giveaways and Free Food

Yes! Freenis! (You coming now, right? LOL) Yes, there will be free food, games, entertainment and giveaways throughout the night. The only thing they ask is that the venue be supported by you buying your own drinks (and one for a pretty little lady, too – just saying #chivalryaintdeadyet)

The Venue is GORGEOUS

I have to admit that I have not actually been to the 5:30 PM Gaming Lounge but when Yaadinfo tweeted a pic the other day, I fell head over heels in love. Just look at it!
